Low Price Canon EF 16-35mm f/2.8L USM Ultra Wide Angle Zoom Lens for Canon SLR Cameras
I'm a wedding photographer and own this lens (Version 1) plus the 24-70 f2.8 L.
In my opinion, this lens is sharper than 24-70 in the middle part of the image. I can understand the vignetting for this kind of ultra wide angle lens but the flare is quite severe and the softening on the sides is not good.
Fortunately, I focus mostly in the middle of the image, so I ignore the softening.Get more detail about Canon EF 16-35mm f/2.8L USM Ultra Wide Angle Zoom Lens for Canon SLR Cameras.

Save Canon PowerShot S50 5MP Digital Camera w/ 3x Optical Zoom
I had a S50 before that wore out. I bought another brand due to the urging of my wife. Well the other brand at 12 mega pixels did not compare to my old S50's 5 MP.
I contacted the other manufactor and expressed my complaint. I never heard back from them. I wanted a good camera that would take the kind of pictures that I wanted, so I went after another S50 and it is giving me great photo's. You just can't beat Canon.Get more detail about Canon PowerShot S50 5MP Digital Camera w/ 3x Optical Zoom.
Discount Canon PIXMA iP4200 Photo Printer
Canon makes competent printers at low prices, but be aware that you need to use the expensive Canon brand ink. Canons are notorious for clogging when much less expensive non-Canon replacement inks are used, and Canon has other little tricks such as including chips on the ink cartridges so that a half-full non-Canon replacement cartridge may register as empty. I have years of experience with Canons, including the IP4200; I'm tired of these tricks--it's Epson or HP from now on for me.Get more detail about Canon PIXMA iP4200 Photo Printer.

Cheapest Lenmar LIC2L12 Lithium-ion Camcorder Battery Equivelent to the Canon BP-2L12 Battery
Only have used it once and only for 15 minutes or so, but the battery that came with the camcorder only lasts slightly over 20 minutes and the Lenmar was still strong. I can still use the rear viewfinder with it also without it being a problem being larger. Also Lenmar is a more well known replacement battery rather than an unknown brand. I am happy so far.
7 to 8 months later, it is working great. It is a bit bulky when on the camcorder and in my small case, so I mostly use it as my backup. The smaller battery that came with the camcorder goes dead in 20 minutes or so and every time I needed backup the battery was fully charged -- even after sitting months dormant.Get more detail about Lenmar LIC2L12 Lithium-ion Camcorder Battery Equivelent to the Canon BP-2L12 Battery.

Buying Canon Pixma MP830 Office All-In-One Inkjet Printer (0583B002)
This printer uses ink at a level that cannot be overstated. After being frustrated with the enormous cost and waste associated with the ink usage, the printer stopped printing altogether.
I updated firmware and all that nonsense. I have to say that the scanning and fax functions worked perfectly. It is just a bad printer. I know others have had issues as well. I would avoid this printer, there are better alternatives out there. I am using a Brother inkjet now that doesn't gobble ink and does the job just fine.Get more detail about Canon Pixma MP830 Office All-In-One Inkjet Printer (0583B002).
Buy CANON - RS-60E3 REMOTE SWITCH (CNDRS60E3)
I have used this remote for the last month, I have yet to have any issues with it. The only problem with it is that the cord is really short it would be better if it was atleast one foot longer right out the box without having to buy an extension cord for it.Get more detail about CANON - RS-60E3 REMOTE SWITCH (CNDRS60E3).

Purchase Canon Digital Rebel XT 8MP Digital SLR Camera (Body Only - Black)
I have had this camera for over five (5) years and I absolutely love it. I have never had any problems with this camera and it has performed amazingly. I have taken around 50,000 pictures with my Rebel and it is still going strong. I have the same original batteries that I got with my camera. My batteries have always lasted a long time before needing to be recharged; when I shot sports I could use one battery for roughly the whole day. Canon products are very high quality, which is what you can expect with brand name Japanese electronics. The Canon lenses are also fantastic; I have owned the high-quality standard 50/1.4, the portrait 85/1.8, the mid telephoto 70-200/4.0, the amazing 100/2.8 macro, and the wide-angle 17-40 L. These are all fantastic lenses to put on your Rebel, and you can rest assured that there is a whole range of Canon products to suit your needs. The only downside to these products is that they are quite expensive.
As far as the Rebel, the only complaints I have are these:
1. The amount of noise at 1600 ISO makes these pictures generally unusable.
2. The AF system is not robust enough for sports; you can do it but it's hard.
3. The grip, somewhat small, can take getting used to.
4. The camera can't take too many RAW or high quality JPEG pictures in succession (important for sports).
In general this camera is a dream for most peoples uses. Eight MP will give you high-quality prints. Unless you want to blow up your pictures to poster size this camera will be great for you.

Shop For Canon TS-E 90mm f/2.8 Tilt Shift Lens for Canon SLR Cameras
I also own the newer Canon 24mm 3.5L mark II tilt shift so I wasn't sure if I'd be happy with this earlier version of a Canon tilt/shift but I wanted to add tilt/shift capabilities in a 90mm. After using it for a few weeks, I must say it is a very impressive lens. While this one does not sport the "L" designation, it is as sharp as my "L" lenses. Color and contrast is very good, and it produces a wonderful bokeh as well. I use it with a full frame Canon 5D mk II. As with my other tilt/shift, it is easier to focus these manual focus lenses using Live View as you can also better view the effects of your tilt/shift combination. The focus confirmation works, but Live View (zoomed in) gives you a more critical focus.
Unlike the 2 newer TS/E models (24mkII and 17), you can not rotate the tilt and shift axis seperately. Your tilt and shift rotate together on this model. I understand you can have Canon rebuild to a 90 degree seperation if you so desire, but it is not something you can do out in the field when using the lens. However, in most shooting situations, this limitation will not be a problem. Also, as with other tilt/shift, it is better to get your exposure readings before making tilt/shift adjustments as the angle can fool your through-the-lens exposure readings. The lens is fairly compact for a tilt/shift model. The tilt/shift adjustment knobs are a bit on the small side but still managable.
I am very favorably impressed with this lens, and while it sells for much less than its newer siblings, it can still hold its own in critical shooting situations. It has a wonderful rendering of images that is very pleasing. This focal length can be used for macro (you can use extension tubes with it), portraits, products, and architecture when shooting from a distance. Because of its outstanding optical quality it can even be used for landscape when you don't need a wide angle. It will also work with the 1.4X extender.
Overall, this is a very versatile lens that can be used in many creative ways. If you are looking for a tilt/shift and don't need wide angle, this lens has exceptional optical quality, sturdy build, and costs much less than the newer models recently introduced. Highly recommended.Get more detail about Canon TS-E 90mm f/2.8 Tilt Shift Lens for Canon SLR Cameras.

Canon DR 2050C - Document scanner - Duplex - Legal - 600 dpi x 600 dpi - up to 20 ppm (mono) / up to 10 ppm (color) - ADF ( 50 sheets ) - up to 700 scans per day - Hi-Speed USB Review
I have purchased two of these for my office. They have both been nothing but problems for me and my co-workers. This scanner pulls numerous pages through at once, which means I have to go back and re-scan. It jams very easily again, b/c of pulling to many pages through.
