Poor response to a pre-purchase question from the company who sells this item for Amazon. I asked several times if the items they sold were new and did not get an answer....they kept asking for an ASIN # before they could respond. I sent them a link to the product, but that didn't get a response either.
I'm a bit particular when I order something new...I expect factory sealing on all components. I find it irritating when manuals are worn, plastic bags have been opened, or tie-wraps around cords are missing or show that the items been used.
My question was simple and didn't require a complicated response about an ASIN #....I just didn't want to get a returned item where the box was just resealed.
