It was real easy to set up the printer, basically you just plug it in and insert the card. My only complaint is that it didn't have any ink to print the pictures! I had bought the paper, and when I tried printing, the message said "no ink" - this eventhough it said in the instructions that it comes with enough ink for at least 6 pictures.
